To view previous orders, tickets, and passes, simply click on the "My Account" link. Enter your email, and you'll receive a link via email.
🎟 Redeem Your Pass
Click the "Sign In" option next to the “Are you a Member or Pass Holder?” question. Enter the unique code that was provided when you purchased your pass or click the “Forgot Code?” link to receive it via email.
📧 Confirmation Emails
All confirmation emails are sent from orders@ludus.com. If you don’t see a confirmation email right away, please check your spam or junk folder.
